About us – La Torre dei Due Cuori, Riomaggiore
Every stay begins with a story. Ours began many years ago and continues today every time we open the doors of our home to welcome you with warmth and genuine hospitality.
Our Story
We are Claudia and Roberto, and we share a special connection with Liguria.
For both of us, Liguria has been a meaningful place at different moments in our lives.
Roberto spent many childhood and teenage holidays here, while for Claudia, Genoa was her first Italian experience with a local family at the age of 18.
Long before we imagined a life together, this land was already part of our story.
Over time, that connection grew into the desire to create a place of our own, where we could welcome guests and share everything we love about this beautiful region.
This is how La Torre dei Due Cuori came to life: a home that tells stories and welcomes every guest with warmth and thoughtful attention to detail.
As is often the case in the villages of the Cinque Terre, you arrive here almost on tiptoe, wandering through narrow lanes and authentic corners… and it is the moment you cross the threshold that the experience truly begins.
Every corner of the house has been thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home, even when you're far from your own. We hope you'll find a place here where you can relax, enjoy every moment, and create memories to cherish.
Our home
La Torre dei Due Cuori is located in the heart of Riomaggiore and is the perfect starting point to discover the beauty of the Cinque Terre.
The Tower is distinguished by its incredible brightness, a rare find in Ligurian villages. The bedrooms on the first and second levels are bathed in natural light thanks to north-west facing windows, ensuring a gentle wake-up call and cool interiors during the afternoon.
The kitchen and hallways, facing south-west, capture the warm afternoon light, creating a cozy atmosphere leading into sunset. On the third level, the living room opens onto a splendid terraceo verlooking the Church of San Giovanni Battista and the main square: a unique stage where sunlight plays with the pastel colors of the surrounding houses.
Finally, the bathroom, located on the opposite side, receives south-east light, completing a circular journey of atmospheres and vistas that make this house an unforgettable sensory experience.
